To stay abreast of current happenings within NASA space science education, we recommend that you participate in the following communication venues:

  • Sun-Earth Connection (SEC) Monthly Community Teleconference. This teleconference is held the first Wednesday of every month, and includes SEC mission E/PO leads and other interested parties. Email Lou Mayo at mayo@mail630.gsfc.nasa.gov to receive the monthly agenda and call-in information.
  • The Sun-Earth Connection EPO electronic newsletter is designed for a broad audience, and includes SEC scientists, mission E/PO leads, and others interested in SEC education and outreach. Our goal is to broadcast the latest events and activities. Click here to see archived copies and to subscribe to the newsletter. We welcome contributions from the SEC community.
  • The Sun-Earth Connection community meets face-to-face approximately once a year. Announcements will be made through SEC Community Monthly Community Teleconference.
  • The Sun-Earth Connection Education Forum website: You will find resources for scientists, educators, members of the general public, and informal education institutions such as science museums, planetaria, and community organizations.
  • Office of Space Science Voyages Newsletter: This newsletter (print and on-line) serves as a vehicle for sharing our accomplishments in Education and Public Outreach (EPO) with the larger space science research community and other interested individuals. Click here to see archived copies.
