Our Very Own Star: the Sun is an illustrated storybook targeted for children in grades K-4. This book is designed to encourage both school-age children and the public at large to learn more about the Earth and Sun.

"Our Very Own Star: the Sun" provides the young reader with thought-provoking illustrations that will produce questions and discussion. The book is available in both English and Spanish versions. The online version (March 2001) will provide young readers with a variety of visually appealing graphics, text, interaction, and animation that will make learning about the Sun both interesting and fun.
